Aviator Bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If age verification documents cannot be provided when requested, the account will be suspended until verification is completed. Winnings obtained during a period where age verification is pending may be withheld until the account is verified.
Important: Creating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. Such accounts will be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created under different names, email addresses, or payment methods by the same person — are not allowed. If duplicate accounts are identified, all but the original account may be closed without notice and any associated balances forfeited.

Deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you. Deposits made using a payment account registered to another person will not be accepted. If such a deposit is received, the funds will be returned to the source and the account may be reviewed.

Aviator Bet reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious errors in odds, technical failures affecting the integrity of a market, events abandoned before completion, or evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting activity. In the event of a void, the staked amount is returned to the player's balance.
Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — are settled according to the official result issued by the relevant cricket board. Abandoned matches follow the specific settlement rules displayed with each market.
Bonuses and promotional offers on Aviator Bet are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions are outlined here. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms of an individual promotion take precedence.
